NOTICE TO PORSCHE 911 GT2 RS AND 911 GT3 RS VEHICLES (991 SERIES)
OWNERS USING GOODYEAR EAGLE F1 SUPERSPORT RS 

The Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport RS tyres are designed to be used exclusively on the Porsche 911 GT2 RS models and the Porsche 911 GT3 RS models (991 Series) and must not be used on any other vehicle type, including other Porsche models.

THE GOODYEAR EAGLE F1 SUPERSPORT RS TYRES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
  • Always apply the recommended tyre pressure (see highlighted information on the right side).
  • Even if road legal, tyres are designed for race-track usage in dry condition, and have to be considered as, semi-slick' tyres with limited capability on wet roads! To prevent aquaplaning, driving in wet condition shall be avoided as much as possible, and in such event, vehicle driver shall exercise extreme caution, ensure all available driving assistance systems are activated and adapt a speed so that vehicle traction and steering control are maintained.
  • When not in use and during cold seasons, tyres (or complete wheels) shall be stored in a protected space, under dry and positive ambient temperature conditions above 0 deg C (32 deg F).
  • Tyres (or complete wheels) shall not be operated, handled, or moved at temperatures below 0 deg Cas it may result rubber cracking.
  • Due to its extreme dry grip compound and specific tread depth, the Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport RS tyres are recommended to be used not below 5 deg C (41 deg F) and may be replaced more frequently than other summer tyres. Driving on worn tyres can lead to safety hazards, it is recommended to replace all4 tyres simultaneously.

  • Prior to each use, tyres shall be inspected for rubber crack, sidewall or tread damage. Never use tyres showing rubber crack, sidewall or tread damage.

Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport RS tyres have to be inflated with specific inflation pressures (see table below) differing from the prescription found in the vehicle's owner manual. Not complying with those pressure requirements may result in safety hazards, irregular and/or fast tyre wear. Authorized Porsche dealers have to update the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System so that your vehicle keeps warning you in case of deviation vs those specific recommended tyre pressures.
